Shipping Area
Currently, we're only shipping to the continental United States, and international shipping options are not available at this stage of our business. We will promptly communicate any updates to our delivery policy on our website.
How long is the delivery time?
Our store’s order processing time ranges from 1 to 2 business days. Our order cut-off time is 17:00 (CST), Monday through Friday. Orders purchased after 17:00 (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped in the following business days (postponed for holidays).
Order Delay
If your order is delayed for more than 10 business days and has yet to be processed, the merchant will offer a refund or re-shipment and provide you with a $5 coupon. If a package takes more than 60 calendar days to reach you, you will be refunded to your original payment method and provided with a $5 coupon for your future purchase.
Transportation
This website provides DHL Express Delivery, an express service that usually takes 3-12 business days to deliver.
- Free shipping on all orders over $59.99(inclusive). Orders less than $59.99 are subject to a $4.99 shipping fee.
- The merchant handles all tax fees.
Lost Package
The merchant is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. If you need help checking the parcel information on the official website, or if the parcel information shows lost, you can contact customer service to provide the order number. We will contact the logistics company for processing.
